Ms. Chen currently serves as an Executive at Cassona USA Inc. (operating as Cassona International), a California Corporation, and has played a pivotal role in leading Cassona's operations and expansion into Africa since 2022 in her capacity as Chief Operating Officer of Cassona Global Imaging.

Mr. Banson is a Founding Partner of Robert Smith Law Group, a boutique law firm located in the Central Business District of Accra, Ghana. He heads up the firm's practice areas in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Investment Advice and Corporate Governance.

Dr Dzifa Demanya has over thirty years experience in medical practice most of these years were spent in the public sector where he headed various hospitals.
